Therapy In Warwickshire & Online Across the UK

Where every small shift leads to growth
Online Cognitive Behavioural Talking Therapy Warwickshire & the UK
I work with the full spectrum of being human in a complicated world, from anxiety, low mood, and burnout to self-esteem, relationships, and past trauma. Whatever you’re carrying, therapy is a space to slow down, untangle what’s underneath, and begin making shifts that feel possible.
Meet your therapist
Hi, I'm Lisa Clifford, Shift Happens Therapy Founder
Like many I work with, I know what it’s like to feel stuck and wonder if healing is possible. I’m here to hold space with care, curiosity, and respect.
At Shift Happens Therapy, you don’t have to be perfect. You can come as you are—messy, raw, or hopeful. We’ll laugh, grieve, and grow together.
This is a space for what’s real, where your pace and feelings are honoured, and all parts of you are welcome.
I’ll gently challenge unhelpful patterns, ask meaningful questions, and help you find new paths—tailored to you.
You don’t have to do this alone. Your healing matters, and we’ll walk this journey side by side.

HOW I CAN HELP
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
Are you ready to make a shift with a therapist who gets it?
Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen — and it starts with one small step. If you’re ready to explore what’s holding you back, try new ways of thinking and feeling, and build the life you want, let’s take that step together.
Take the first step today — because shift really does happen.
ABOUT CBT
At Shift Happens Therapy, we don’t just talk—we take action. Using CBT, we’ll uncover the thoughts and patterns holding you back, challenge what’s not working, and put practical strategies into play. Together, we’ll set clear goals, test out tools in real life, and keep tweaking until you feel real, lasting shifts. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and focused on helping you get unstuck and move forward.
For me, CBT isn’t about forcing “positive thinking.” It's about uncovering what’s getting in the way—looking at the thoughts holding you back and where they come from—so you can move forward with lasting change.
